Documatics was established in 2004 to provide document management and workflow solutions to the legal market. The company has since expanded its offerings to customers in multiple industries including manufacturing, accounting, insurance, finance and healthcare. This growth has been made possible by the continuing evolution of Documatics' underlying business process management platform Evolve, and a dedication to understanding and satisfying our customer's business process management challenges.

Documatics continues to expand its operations with headquarters in Cork, Ireland and wholly-owned subsidiaries in Australia and the USA. Documatics' subsidiary trades as Practice Evolve in Australia, with offices in Sydney and Melbourne. In the US, Documatics' subsidiary trades as ForaSoft, with offices in California and Illinois. The company has successfully established channel partners in each market and integrates with other solution providers such as CRM and Trust accounting. Documatics is pleased to support customers of all sizes, ranging from small professional services firms to the largest of multi-national conglomerates.

The Irish Government has identified Documatics as a High Potential company, and has invested in the company through its Enterprise Ireland Export Business Authority. Documatics has also been admitted to Enterprise Ireland’s Business Accelerator program as a result. This gives the company access to 32 Enterprise Ireland offices around world, which provide practical support in establishing contacts and evaluating new markets.
